How is the calculator estimate calculated?

The calculator selects the rate for your monthly volume band, applies that rate to the full usage amount, and combines voice and chat into one indicative monthly total. USD estimates use a fixed ₹95 to $1 reference conversion.

What counts as a chat session?

A chat session is a 24-hour conversation window. Messages exchanged within that window are treated as part of the same session.

Is the platform plan included in the calculator?

No. The calculator estimates voice and chat usage only. Additional features such as Evals, Journey, Journey analytics, Conductor, and FDE support are not included.

How do usage rates change with volume?

Voice rates move from ₹5 to ₹4, ₹3.50, and ₹3 per minute across the monthly volume bands. Chat rates move from ₹4 to ₹3.50 and ₹3 per session. The calculator shows the active rate as you move either slider.

Which plan should I choose?

Pay-as-you-go is for straightforward voice, chat, and WhatsApp usage. Enterprise adds Evals, Journey, Journey analytics, Conductor, and hands-on FDE support.

Can we move to Enterprise as our operation grows?

Yes. You can begin with Pay-as-you-go and move to Enterprise when you need more concurrency, orchestration, evaluation, or operating support.

Does the estimate include taxes?

No. The calculator is an indicative usage estimate and excludes applicable taxes and any separately agreed services.
