Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OSVI Voice AI Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including account administrators and invited members.

OSVI provides an AI-powered voice and communication platform that enables businesses to build, deploy, and manage AI voice agents, conduct outbound and inbound calling campaigns, analyse call quality, and integrate with third-party communication services. Features include LiveKit-based WebRTC, SIP trunking, knowledge-base (RAG) management, and campaign automation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@osvi.ai of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make calls without required legal consent or regulatory authorisation;
• Transmit spam, harassing, or illegal content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models or source code;
• Violate any applicable telecom regulations including TCPA, TRAI, or equivalent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents before recording calls. OSVI provides the technical capability; compliance with applicable recording laws (including two-party consent laws where applicable) is your obligation. You indemnify OSVI against any claims arising from your failure to obtain consent.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OSVI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload; by doing so you grant OSVI a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Certain features of the Service require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Unpaid accounts may have service access suspended after reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSVI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data for a period required by law or our backup policies, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
