How Osvi and Asksuite differ

Osvi's AI answers calls as well as chats

It quotes live rates, takes the reservation and sends the payment link on WhatsApp during the call, from $0.053 a minute. The phone and WhatsApp agents share one guest record, so a guest can call, pay on WhatsApp and take a reminder call two days later on the same booking.

Asksuite's AI, Sophia, answers in chat channels and understands voice messages sent there. Asksuite's telephony product is a calling system for human reservation agents, offered in Brazil.

Osvi books inside your PMS

Osvi works with all major PMSs, including Cloudbeds, Apaleo, Mews and Oracle OPERA, plus custom APIs. It reads availability and rates from the PMS itself, creates the reservation there and writes online check-ins back to it, so your front desk sees the booking and the guest's ID in one place.

Sophia quotes rates through your booking engine and can book in the chat. Asksuite's integration pages cover booking engines such as Cloudbeds, Omnibees and Mirai, and one PMS, Guestline.

Osvi's AI answers guest email

From the Pro plan, Osvi's agents answer email from your own property information, and your team can take over any thread. Asksuite brings email into a shared inbox where your staff reply with templates and booking-engine quotes.
