Premium includes the WhatsApp booking agent, the PMS connection and online check-in, and the phone receptionist is added from $0.053 a minute. WhatsApp messages carry Meta's fees on both products.

Kommo charges per user and bills at least 6 months at a time, so each front-desk login adds to the bill. AI agents start on the Advanced plan and draw on a monthly allowance of AI credits, AI bookings need Pro, and no plan connects to a hotel PMS.
