How Osvi and Canary differ

Osvi works with the systems you already run

Osvi's agents answer guests, book, send payment links, write online check-ins to your PMS and route requests to your teams. They work with all major PMSs and your payment gateway, so you add AI agents without new hardware or a new check-in system.

Canary sells its AI voice, messaging and web chat as parts of a wider guest-management suite, and quotes each bundle on request.

Osvi answers on Instagram and Messenger

Osvi answers on the phone, WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, Messenger and email, with the same agents and guest history on each.

Canary's messaging, pricing and integration pages don't list Instagram or Messenger.

Osvi takes the booking and the payment in one conversation

Osvi's agents quote live rates from your PMS, create the reservation and send the payment link in the same chat, or on WhatsApp while the guest is still on the call. If the guest doesn't pay, the agent follows up before the quote expires.

Canary's web chat sends guests to reservation links, and staff create payment links or generate them from rate codes.
